To Move a Parametric Component Using Handles

  1. Use one of the element selection methods to select a parametric component in the model. (Example: Parametric Vessel) The components handles are displayed. These will be around the perimeter of the component as well as at the center point.
    Note: On each handle is a set of arrows indicating the direction it can be dragged.
  2. Click on the center handle and drag to the desired location.
    Note: The connecting components are moved with the original parametric component. Variable length components such as pipe, will be stretched or trimmed to maintain its connection.
  3. Left-click away from the component to clear the handles.
